 AUTUMN FLOWERS FOR THE HOME

During this morning session, students will learn how to create a beautiful table centrepiece with a relaxed and asymmetric shape using garden grown flowers and foliage.

You will learn about working with colour and choosing a palette, selecting flowers and foliage, layering elements in an arrangement and how to work with focal and gestural flowers.

Students will leave with their arrangements, a basic knowledge of flower arranging (without the use of floral foam), how to think about colour, texture and scent, and the confidence to pick flowers in their gardens to make future arrangements at home.

CHRISTMAS WREATH WORKSHOP

Join us for a morning’s wreath making during which students will be taught how to make their wreath base and how to dress it using foliage, herbs, dried flowers, cones, catkins, branches, berries and all other manner of natural, seasonal and fragrant ingredients.

You will leave with your hand-crafted wreath for your own front door, as well as the skills to create seasonal wreaths time and again throughout the year.

In addition to all materials and tools, Provenance Kitchen will be providing delicious festive refreshments.

During this festive workshop, students will learn how to create a beautiful, wild, festive table centrepiece incorporating candles and wintery flowers and foliage.

You will learn about creating arrangements without the use of floral foam, selecting foliage, branches and other seasonal elements to create a stunning arrangement without having to rely fully on imported ingredients during the winter months.

Students will leave with their arrangements, a basic knowledge of flower arranging (without the use of floral foam), how to think about colour, texture and scent, and the confidence to select local, garden and foraged elements to make future arrangements at home.
